My mural! The original was about 9′ x 20′ (acrylic on photographers’ backdrop paper). It was part of my master’s thesis exhibition, a show that some people teased me was *all* self-portraiture–partly what inspired the text, no doubt! What tumbles out of my silly brain *does* mystify me sometimes, but I’ve never worked very hard for clarification; maybe the truth that I might find out about myself is a little too daunting. 😉 But don’t worry about me, my dear, I enjoy being a little off-kilter and fiction always helps me keep it in a degree of perspective. 🙂
