O radiant beauty, dost thou know

What microwaves thine innards so–

Pray, can it be that bane of men

And women both, yea, estrogen?

Go ahead, my man, and throw me bouquets!

  I think what I loved most about the flowers is that they were (in both instances) almost afterthoughts where they were seen, and then such explosions of color and texture–that’s probably what made them most beautiful of all to me!
